“Peri Social is amazing!! We spent a few nights here with friends and could not say enough about the hotel/staff/snacks/pizza truck/layout/etc!! We loved the different seating areas for breakfast/coffee, playing cards, delicious pizza, and adult bevs :-) We walked from the hotel a few times to downtown Black Mountain for food and shopping. It was so much fun staying here and all four of us are ready for another visit! Thank you!”

“Owner is very nice. They are working very hard fixing the place up! Room and grounds very clean. Older motel but updates make it comfortable. Being able to park right in front of your door is very convenient! Will stay here again!”

“Good location but is dated. The owner is very nice and helpful. He stated that the motel is getting renovated but is dragging out due to challenges related to hurricane Helene in this small community.”

“Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!”
